How ZenSearch Job Match Emails Are Different

I still receive several daily "job match" emails. I use quotes because as anyone who's job searching knows, the "match" part is optional.

When I was looking, my preferences were straightforward and unwavering: UX/Product design, remote, 5+ years of experience.

Although I live in Massachusetts and was looking for remote positions, I got notifications filled with on-site roles in Ohio, Pennsylvania, Washington, and many other states.

That might be acceptable if the jobs even vaguely matched what I was looking for. Instead, I received alerts for an assortment of roles, including Airborne Cryptologic Language Analyst, Senior Email Campaign Engineer, and even IVF Chief Nursing Officer. Huh?

It was as if the alerts completely ignored what I asked for and just sent me random junk.

Of course, some emails contained Senior UX Design roles... the same, exact roles I'd been alerted to daily for over a year! Even if those are evergreen jobs (doubtful), I'm not clicking. Show me something else!

And then there are the "new" posts with over 100 applicants, or worse, are already closed. Or the ones that lead you on a treasure hunt through multiple 3rd party recruiting sites, only to terminate at a paywall. So frustrating.

ZenSearch doesn't do any of that.

Since ZenSearch ONLY notifies you about jobs that match your preferences, EVERY JOB is what you're looking for, making them all great ones to apply to!

We send fresh matches daily, containing real opportunities, linked directly to company job boards.
