Q3 is over, and it's time to celebrate and appreciate!

I'm excited to share that we blew away our growth target (even the stretch goal) and more than doubled ZenSearch users this quarter!

This increase is a testament to how excited people are to discover an alternative to the major job search players.

Apparently, people appreciate selecting preferences that are important to them and only seeing jobs that match. Or quickly and easily filtering to jobs posted within the last 24 hours. Or finding opportunities that aren't available on other job boards. Go figure.

With over 16,683, we have more users than the population of the town I live in, which is both crazy and humbling. I'm so grateful for every one of you.

    Thank you!

I especially want to acknowledge everyone who has:

🧡 Promoted or shared ZenSearch— I owe this huge growth to you!

💛 Reposted, liked, or commented on my posts— This is unbelievably helpful to increase my reach and give ZenSearch more credibility.

💚 Provided in app feedback of companies where we are mismatching remote/hybrid/on site— I am very close to a fix for this issue, and having companies to test with has been crucial.

💜 Supported me with your friendship and collaboration— I love talking with users, prior colleagues, anyone really, so don't be a stranger. Human contact gives me strength.

💙 I especially want to thank and acknowledge everyone who has given me feedback, both good and bad— It truly is how I will make ZenSearch the best job seeking platform for you.

On those inevitable days when it feels like a struggle and I question if what we're building makes a difference, I remind myself how much ZenSearch has grown and how many people we're helping!

And I celebrate the wins to get me through.

Check us out at ZenSearch.jobs and share our platform with anyone looking for something new. Together, we can make job searching a little more zen.
