Sharing is Caring
Share opportunities and leads with friends who are looking for different titles or industries.

I share job opportunities with people who are looking for jobs.
I know what you're thinking, "Of course, you founded a job search platform."
That's true.
Would it surprise you to learn that I also share jobs that are NOT on ZenSearch? Yep, I do. In fact, I recently shared a role at a friend's company with a former colleague. Guess what? He got the job and has been there for a few months!
Why would I do that? Because as cheesy as it sounds, sharing is caring.
It goes back to my mom who clipped articles, recipes, and coupons from whatever she read. When I visited her, my curated "pile" was waiting for me on my step of the staircase, next to those for my sisters and eventually my husband.
It reminded me that my mom thought about me all the time, supported me, and cared.
So, I share too. Not paper artifacts, but links.
I spend part of every day looking at company job boards to see if we can sync them to ZenSearch. While on those sites, I look at what they're hiring for, do some mental matching to see if any jobs align with what my friends are looking for, and share.
Everyone knows someone who's looking, probably a lot of someones. Maybe it's a former teammate, a distant relative, or even someone you don't "know" but you've seen posting for help on LinkedIn. I've shared job links with all of those. You can too.
The next time you're on ZenSearch.jobs (or any other jobs platform, but I hope it's ZenSearch), and you find a job opportunity that isn't a match for you but would be perfect for someone you know, share it.
It's good karma, it feels great (especially when it works out), and who knows, maybe they'll do the same for you.
Check us out at ZenSearch.jobs and share our platform with anyone looking for something new. Together, we can make job searching a little more zen.
