DREAM serves over 2,500 youth in East Harlem and the South Bronx, providing them with a robust education through a network of charter schools and community sports programs. Founded in 1991 as Harlem RBI, DREAM focuses on rigorous academics, social-emotional learning, and deep community engagement, enabling students to become lifelong learners and fulfilling their visions for success both in and out of the classroom. With plans to expand and serve 3,500 students, DREAM strives to level the playing field for all children, particularly youth of color. Their core values emphasize diversity, equity, and inclusion, creating a welcoming environment where every individual can thrive.
