Overview
Hack.Diversity is a nonprofit organization dedicated to creating equitable access to career opportunities in the tech industry for early-career professionals from marginalized backgrounds. Founded in 2016 as a project of the New England Venture Capital Association, Hack.Diversity has transformed into an independent entity aimed at connecting talented individuals with major companies while fostering inclusive workplace environments. The organization places its fellows in roles such as software engineering, data analysis, and mechanical engineering, ensuring that these placements support the development of diverse talent. With a commitment to racial equity, diversity, and inclusion, Hack.Diversity works closely with corporate partners to help implement meaningful changes that promote belonging and equity in the tech workforce. Since its inception, Hack.Diversity has successfully placed nearly 400 fellows with over 50 employers, driving a movement for systemic change in the industry.
