    Jobs for the Future (JFF) drives transformation in the U.S. education and workforce systems to achieve equitable economic advancement for all. JFF recognizes that many individuals face systemic barriers to accessing quality jobs, and aims to align education, workforce, and employment initiatives toward a vision where, by 2033, 75 million people will have access to meaningful employment opportunities. The organization designs innovative solutions, scales best practices, and influences policy to create inclusive pathways for advancement. With a diverse team of over 300 staff members working nationally and from offices in Boston, Washington, D.C., and Oakland, JFF partners with employers, policymakers, and education providers to dismantle obstacles and reimagine equitable opportunities.
