    Overview

Union Technologies builds sovereign factory systems for U.S. defense manufacturing. The company’s Factories-as-a-Stockpile model combines advanced robotics, industrial automation, and software to create production lines that can be commissioned, scaled, and sustained in air-gapped, highly regulated environments. Headquartered in Dallas, Union operates at the intersection of controls engineering (PLCs, SCADA/MES, OPC UA), modern software (Python, Go/Java, CI/CD, observability), and secure IT/OT infrastructure (networking, NIST/CMMC-aligned practices). The mission is to restore America’s industrial capacity and ensure credible deterrence for the long term. Work spans system architecture, electrical controls, deployment and commissioning, reliability and test engineering, and security operations, with an emphasis on disciplined engineering, safety standards, and measurable uptime and quality. Union recently emerged from stealth with roughly $50M in funding and hires engineers and operators who thrive on ownership, factory-floor problem solving, and end-to-end delivery. Most roles are based in Dallas with relocation support.
