I almost didn't post this.
After all, we're a full month into 2026. I got busy, building features, talking with users, connecting, and networking. But those are just excuses.
If I'm being honest, I wasn't thrilled with the Q4 results. I didn't think they were worth sharing.
Q2 and Q3, now those were quarters to celebrate. HUGE spikes in total users and significant gains in monthly average users. New highs creating great momentum and excitement.
Only to drop back to reality.
But then I thought about it.
Slower, but steady growth, is still growth. Growth that added 3,607 new users in Q4, ending the year with 18,509 users— more than triple the 2,898 we started 2025 with. Not only that, over 2025 our monthly average users increased from 450 to over 2,050.
That is definitely something to celebrate!
This increase confirms how excited people are to discover an alternative to the major job search players.
Apparently, people appreciate selecting preferences that are important to them and only seeing jobs that match. Or quickly and easily filtering to jobs posted within the last 24 hours. Or finding opportunities that aren't available on other job boards. Go figure.
