Your Feedback In Action
How we use customer feedback to improve ZenSearch

Amy
1/10/25
Lately, we've gotten a lot of feedback.
Some is the kind that totally makes my day. The "I just tried ZenSearch and love it!" messages (please feel free to keep those coming š).
Other feedback is more tactical, like finding bugs or inconsistencies.
The most valuable feedback is your suggestions.
It could be small, like suggesting we clarify why restricting your preferences could result in fewer job matches, or large, like integrating AI to match resumes to job descriptions (both things we're considering).
Hearing from users is how we know if we're on the right track and more importantly, helps us determine what to focus on next. We read, discuss, and respond to every suggestion.
On Wednesday, we got a couple of requests to improve the free text job titles, a useful tool for people searching for jobs with unusual or unique titles.
The suggestion was to add flexibility to the existing single free text input and allow users to enter as many custom job titles as they want.
As a small and agile team, we can listen to feedback and pivot quickly to make improvements.
