Overview
Women Donors Network (WDN) is a national organization comprised of women donors, including cis and trans, nonbinary, and gender-expansive individuals. Committed to advancing gender, racial, economic, and climate justice, WDN cultivates a multiracial and multigenerational community of donor organizers. The organization not only connects and mobilizes individuals but also supports advocacy efforts aimed at transforming systemic injustices. Through its affiliate, WDN Action, the focus extends to policy change and political engagement, utilizing electoral strategies that uplift historically excluded communities. WDN values community-building and is driven by principles of courage, curiosity, accountability, and hope. With a geographically distributed team, WDN actively seeks diverse applicants who share a commitment to social justice and understand the complexities of communicating within diverse, intersectional communities. As WDN embarks on its strategic plan, it offers an opportunity for individuals passionate about social change to contribute to its mission of creating a just and sustainable world.
